About Me
I am Dr. Kimberly Wright, a Resident in Clinical Psychology currently working toward licensure in multiple states. I practice under supervision and bring a compassionate, faith-informed approach to the therapeutic process. My mission is to help individuals find peace and reconcile the struggles within by addressing both the psychological and spiritual aspects of healing.
With experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, I blend evidence-based interventions with relational warmth and cultural sensitivity. I’m committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their identities, process pain, and rediscover a sense of wholeness and purpose.
I offer therapy that is integrative and collaborative, drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and spiritually oriented frameworks when appropriate. I believe true healing begins when we engage with the full truth of who we are—past and present—and allow space for growth, grace, and transformation.
